The EUDR (European Union Deforestation Regulation) is a regulation adopted in 2023 that prohibits the marketing of products (wood, soy, cocoa, coffee, beef, rubber, palm oil, etc.) linked to deforestation after December 31, 2020, on the European market. It imposes a “duty of care” to ensure traceability.
